What’s your return policy for orders?

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase. You can return or exchange any item that’s in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was purchased for final sale. Please email info@eadenmyles.com and we’ll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please note: shipping fees are not refunded for preference return.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, items purchased can be exchanged within 30days of purchase with proof of purchase.

When will I be billed?

Your credit card will be charged through PayPal merchant services at the time you are placing the order online. If credit authorization fails, you will be messaged immediately at the time you are placing your order.

How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the country of final destination. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. As the international customer, you are the importer of record.

Are there size charts available online?

Yes, size charts are available for many, but not all, items on our site. If an item you’re interested in has a size chart available, you’ll see a Size Chart link on the product page.

I’m looking for a specific item. How do I search for it?

Our search tool, found in the upper-right corner of the page, is an easy way to find an item you’re looking for. Just enter the item’s name or description and click GO. If you’re unable to find an item, it may be available in-store only.

How can I track my international order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email within 24hrs with your tracking number.
