Refund policy


All sales are subject to exchanges only except for sale product (s) which are all final sales.

 A request for an exchange must be placed within one week of receipt of the product by calling our customer service line at 1-866-956-0888 or email All product (s) to be exchanged must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached. In the event the product (s) received are unclean, are damaged or sent in any way making the product no longer suitable for selling the exchange policy will not be honoured and the product will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will be refunded at eighty percent of the total purchase cost. Any cancellation after 24 hours will not be refunded; such purchases can be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value or a combination of products of equal or greater value. Any difference in total cost will be at the expense to the customer and must be paid in full prior to processing of the order
